[EBB Sightings] north shore of Emeryville sightings

Went looking for the Golden Eagle sighted yesterday on the north shore 
of the Emeryville peninsula. Found the spot but didn't see the bird 
during the half hour I hung around the area this morning (10:15-10:45).

However, there was a female Belted Kingfisher that repeatedly perched on 
the railings of the boardwalk, swooped down to the water at the rocky 
shoreline, then perched again on the railing several yards further to 
wait for another possible meal.
