[EBB Sightings] Ring-Necked Duck at Lake Merritt

Among the scaups and coots cadging bread by the nature center, this 
afternoon there's a male ring-necked duck out for what he can snatch. 
Close enough to drop a penny on his back, though I wasn't so uncouth as 
to try it....

And it's Goldeneye day out there - Barrows and common, more than I've 
ever seen of either.
