I undertook to send an e-mail of my own to the Cafepress Content Usage Policy e-mail address at CUP at cafepress.com. This is the e-mail address for the department that regulates the legality of designs, and that would have the most clout in getting a design pulled from the Cafepress marketplace.

As a fellow Cafepress Shopkeeper with a site promoting the preservation and conservation of native wildlife (http://www.cafepress.com/tmbstudiosshop/161653), I find the "Corey and Jay Show" shop design "The Woodpecker Must Die" to be offensive in the extreme, and not only offensive, but a violoation of your TOS in that it promotes a felony criminal activity. The Ivory-billed Woodpecker is protected under the Federal Endangered Species Act. Cafepress should not allow itself to be used to promote the killing of native wildlife.
