[EBB Sightings] Cedar Waxwings, Richmond

More on Cedar Waxwings:  We've seen groups of 10-20 over the past several
weeks, in the yard and on Richmond/El Cerrito neighborhood walks; then early
this morning a flock of 200+ on several parallel wires nearby.  No food
source immediately below them, but lots of cotoneaster and pyrocanthus in
the area.
